This pale, mineral-driven Pinot Gris opens with bright aromas of lemonhead candy, fresh pear, and ripe nectarine, anchored by a zesty thread of lemon curd. On the palate, it delivers a vibrant acidity that crackles with energy, complemented by briny undertones, subtle ginger spice, and a hint of citrus pith. Its elegant structure and surprising texture—despite the low alcohol—give it impressive legs and lingering finesse.
Named in tribute to Remy’s mother, this wine is as spirited and enduring as its namesake.
