Refund policy

Eligibility Window
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
• Sale items, food and candy items, custom-made items, and digital products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
• If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
• Please include photos of the damaged packaging and product. These are required for us to file a shipping claim on your behalf.
• We will replace the item or issue a refund if a suitable replacement is unavailable.

Refunds
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges
• Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on product availability.
• If the item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
