• We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
• We do not ship internationally at this time.
• We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
• Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.
• Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
• Customers are responsible for providing a safe and secure delivery location.

Shipping Delays
• Once an order has shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
• Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
• Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be resent at the buyer’s expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages
• If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
• We cannot replace orders marked as Delivered by the carrier.
