2022 Pinot Noir by Darque Wines,
Expressive, balanced, and elegant, true to the carefully tended, hand-harvested 777 clone Pinot Noir grapes grown exclusively at Vitae Springs Vineyard. Vinified with minimal intervention, the grapes were 100% destemmed, allowed to ferment spontaneously, and aged in 25% new and 75% neutral French oak barrels for 34 months.
Complex with notes of beets, ripe plums and black peppercorns finishing with hints of lavender and cranberry.
